Meet The Chef
Having grown up in his parent's restaurant from the age of 4 and continuing his own culinary journey including graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Jeff has owned restaurants, managed resort divisions, been a department head of an assisted living facility, and an executive chef. All of this knowledge and experience gives him the unique insight to help struggling restaurants improve their brand, control costs, and update their menus.

He may also be available to take over as chef in an emergency situation if your restaurant has recently lost its chef.
